Rigorous due diligence and management practices, to ensure investment quality and deliver high returns

CIDC's investment process is renowned as one of the most rigorous in the industry, and strictly conforms to the highest industry standards. We demand that project managers tour vendors upstream and downstream of the investment target, as well as its competitors, as a routine part of investment due diligence. Project managers must analyze and verify the targeted company's key personnel, financial history, financial planning, industry and products, markets, manufacturing and technology, investment risk, potential for public listing, and probable return on investment, and finally write an assessment report. Investment requires the approval of the investment evaluation committee and the board of directors. Once the investment is made, each project is assigned a specialist to manage it. Based on the development status of the investee company, this specialist will assess progress on a weekly or monthly basis in order to provide appropriate managerial support after the investment has been made.
