Prime View International Begins Trading on Taiwan's OTC (2004/3/30)

Taipei-Mar. 30, 2004 - Prime View International Corp. (PVI, Ticker: 8069, Quote, News) successful closed its IPO at NT$30/share on Taiwan's OTC market on Mar. 30, 2004. PVI closed its first day of trading at NT$32, the up limit price, due to a strong market sentiment about the TFT-LCD sector. PVI was the second dedicated TFT-LCD fab in Taiwan when it was established in 1992 and it currently operates a 2.5G line with a monthly capacity of 48,000 substrates. PVI ships most of its products to DSC, DV, car navigation system, PVP, PMP and portable game console makers. PVI has a capital stock of NT$4 billion and its major shareholders include the YFY Group and Chiaotung Bank. Prudence invested in PVI in November, 2003, and has earned an ROI of more than 100% to date.
