Taiwan IC Packaging Inc. Begins Trading on Taiwan ’s OTC ( 2005/12/16 )

Taipei - December, 16, 2005 – Taiwan IC Packaging Inc. (TICP, Ticker: 3372) will went IPO at NT$12.5/share on Taiwan ’s OTC market on December 16, 2005.

TICP was founded at Kaohsiung Export Zone at 1998, specializing on IC packaging services.  Products and services include lead frame package（SOP、SSOP、TSOP、QFP）, Optical component packaging（LCC、I-DIP）, Ultra thin packaging（QFN）and other niche applications (RFID, micro SD, etc.)

Prudence invested in TICP at October, 2003 and has  about 150% gain.
